It appears from the report that the documents relied upon by the petitioner as proof of citizenship are not genuine. In view of the aforesaid fact and the nature of allegations, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
