1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today, is taken on record.

2. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the learned District Judge at Howrah for supply of the certified copy of the judgment and decree for dissolution of marriage in Matrimonial Suit No.293 of 1999 within a week from the date of communication of this order.

3. The learned District Judge, Howrah is requested to ensure that the details are provided along with a copy of the judgment/decree within a month from receipt of the said application, as it appears that the petitioner urgently requires the same for the grant of family pension upon the death of her parents, as a divorced dependant daughter.

4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.

5. However, there will be no order as to costs.

6. The learned District Judge, Howrah is requested to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
