Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Having heard the learned Advocates for the petitioners and the State and having considered the materials on record including the case diary and having considered the fact that the petitioners filed an application for anticipatory bail being CRM 2771 of 2021 which was dismissed as withdrawn on September 23, 2021 and having considered the fact that the petitioners suppressed such fact from the Court, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 7505 of 2021, is rejected.
