The revisional application appeared on June 21, 2023 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today, also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

I have considered the subject matter of the revisional application which relates to Kaliachak Police Station Case No.680 of 2022. The said case is under Sections 409/417/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan, learned advocate, is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

After having considered the factum that the case was instituted in respect of misappropriation and/or cheating for Government Schemes by persons responsible for discharging their official duties, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for in connection with the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 2813 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly
