1. Heard the submission of both the learned advocates.

2. It is seen that investigation is at very nascent stage. More so, despite receiving notice under Section 35(3) BNSS, the petitioner has not cooperated with investigation

3. In the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application stands rejected.
