Police filed charge sheet. Obviously, police submitted charge sheet on conclusion of the investigation. Therefore, by dint of the order there was no requirement on the petitioner to attend the Investigating Officer subsequent to the filing of the charge sheet. Consequently, there was no requirement of the petitioner to make an application for relaxation. Apparently, the petitioner is in a position to squander money in frivolity and in wasting valuable time of the Court. Consequently, it would be appropriate to put the petitioner on terms. Petitioner will pay costs assessed at Rs.10,000/- to the West Bengal State Legal Services Authority, Kolkata within a fortnight from date and submit documentary evidence of such payment with the jurisdictional Court. In

default, the jurisdictional Court will take appropriate measures to recover the sum.

CRAN 1 of 2023 in CRM (A) 3771 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
