Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) has circulated copies of a report that it has prepared in response to the Building Plan that was submitted by the respondent no.1/writ petitioner.

The writ petitioner will be at liberty to file an affidavit dealing with such report. Whatever, the stand of the writ petitioner is, may be stated in that affidavit. Any document that the writ petitioner may want to rely upon may be annexed to such affidavit. 4.

Copies of such affidavit be circulated amongst learned Counsel for the other parties before the next date of hearing.

The writ petitioner will also be at liberty to deal with the contents of the supplementary affidavits filed by the appellant in the affidavit that the writ petitioner may file.

List the matter one week after the ensuing 'Christmas Vacation'.

7.

On the adjourned date, KMC shall file the original report before this Court.
