It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned orders dated 17.06.2015 and 20.04.2015 passed by the learned Trial Court. Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the impugned orders passed by the Trial Court the present petitioner has preferred this instant revisional application. It further appears that the instant revisional application is pending since the year 2015. There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present case. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/2449/2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
