The petitioner's full pension has not been granted because of some technical questions raised by departments.

Mr. Dhole, learned advocate for the State in his fair way of assisting this court, has stated by showing page 23 (Annexure P-2) of the writ application that the delay in depositing the amount of money is to be condoned by the School Education Department.

From the pleadings and submissions of the parties I have found that there is no responsibility of the

petitioner for such delay. So the petitioner cannot be blamed.

Therefore, I direct the School Education Department to condone the delay in depositing the amount of money within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order so that the petitioner can get the full pension after his retirement along with the arrears of the residue part of the pension. The Gratuity is also to be paid to the petitioner by the authorities within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

I expect that this order will be taken as a mandatory order by the concerned departments. With the observations and directions above, this writ application is disposed of.
