1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated. He has been named in the F.I.R.

2. The learned Counsel for the State has produced the case diary and submitted that he has created a fake portal for recruitment in Bandhan Bank and in connivance with others, huge money has been collected with the false promise of job and his name transpired during investigation.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary and prima facie role ascribed to the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence and it is at the stage of investigation, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
