Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 7th Court, Alipore in Title Suit No. 271 of 2006 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of interlocutory petition under Order 8 Rule 3 C.PC. connected with the counter claim, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties, but without granting unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable, preferably before the end of

Febraury, 2023, if the matter could not be disposed of on the scheduled date, already fixed by the court below for any reasons whatsoever.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite parties and the opposite parties.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
