The petitioner renews his prayer for bail, which was rejected on merits by a Coordinate Bench on May 2, 2024. There has been no change of circumstance. We are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail.

Even otherwise we find from records that there is sufficient incriminating material against this petitioner, who is alleged to be a contract killer. The charge is of murder.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.

CRM (DB) 2232 of 2024 is dismissed.

However, since the petitioner is in custody for 1 year 2 months, we request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial to the extent possible and conclude the same at Signed By :

an early date and preferably within a year from the next date fixed for recording of evidence.
