The petitioner is aggrieved that Joynagar-I Police Station has not taken any steps despite FIR No. 315 of 2022 dated 2nd May, 2022 has been registered. It appears from the records produced by the private respondent no.16 that investigation has been ordered and report of the police is due for being considered by the concerned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate on 22nd February, 2023.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The record of G.R. Case No. 2895 of 2022 is kept with the record.

There will be no order as to costs.
