W.P.A. 17499 of 2025 is dismissed for the said defect. There shall be no order as to costs. The name of the said respondent no. 4 be deleted in the copy of the writ petition uploaded in the "Sarthak Portal".

This order, however, shall not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action praying self-same relief. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
