The petitioner complains that the private respondents are obstructing free ingress and egress out of her property.

Counsel for the private respondent no.4 disputes the same and only submits that the petitioner cannot use the commercial space and a common gate for access to her own property.

This Court is of the view that the disputes of the parties are civil in nature and the parties may take out appropriate civil proceedings in that regard. However, Haridevpur Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

Since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted, by the respondents.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
