The writ petition is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates representing the parties.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner at the outset submits that the petitioner is willing to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

In view of the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on self-same cause of action with better particulars.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
