It appears from the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the writ petitioner's representation for compassionate appointment after the death of his father to the concerned College has not been responded. The representation was made on 16th April, 2018 and the College has not made any effort to reply to the same.
The College authority being the respondent No. 3 is hence directed to consider and dispose of the representation within two weeks from the date of communication of this order and dispose of the same by way of a reasoned order upon hearing the necessary parties including the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from date on which such order is passed. The College
authority shall proceed in accordance with law. It is made clear that if the petitioner is found entitled, the College shall proceed to take requisite steps without any further delay.
WPA 16245 of 2019 is disposed of in terms of the above.
