1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary more particularly the statement of the victim and the husband of the de-facto complainant directly implicating the petitioner for ravishing molestry to the de-facto complainant, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
