Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the State. Considering that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the order of rejection dated September 7, 2021, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

It is expected that the Court in seisin will frame the charges as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the next date fixed for such purpose. It is expected that the Court in

seisin will expeditiously dispose of the trial. Accordingly, the prayer for bail, C.R.M. 7512 of 2021 is rejected.
