This revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Matigara Police Station Case No.67 dated 30.3.2010 under Section 409/120B of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 13(1)(c)/13(d)(II), (iii) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

The records of this revisional application reflect that by an order dated 13.5.2014 a Co-ordinate Bench was pleased to vacate the interim order which was initially passed in the year 2013. Having regard to the fact that no information has been furnished regarding the present stage of the proceedings, I am of the view that no interference can be made at this belated stage almost after seven years. Further allegations are such that which are to be gone into Trial Court by way of assessing the evidence received by the prosecution.

Accordingly, CRR 2376 of 2012 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
