Instruction given by the Station Manager, Gazole CCC signed on 18th July, 2024 is taken on record.

The new electricity connection sought for by the petitioner for installing submersible pump could not be given despite depositing the quoted amount as the petitioner failed to comply the necessary formalities for obtaining connection. 4.

It appears that the Station Manager Gazole CCC vide communication dated 18th July, 2024 intimated the petitioner to comply the necessary formalities.

It will be open for the petitioner to comply the formalities as indicated by the Station Manager.

On completion of all necessary formalities, electric connection shall be provided to the petitioner at the earliest. 7.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
