It appears from the materials-on-record that the revisional application preferred by the petitioners was dismissed for default on 02.03.2017. Against the said order of dismissal the petitioners have preferred applications for restoration of the civil revisional application to its original file and number after condoning delay.

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the present application.

Accordingly, the applications being CAN/7875/2017 and CAN/7876/2017 are hereby dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.
