Mr. Dutta, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 28th January, 2020 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 28th January, 2020, it is revealed that in the 2nd paragraph of the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th lines and in the 4th paragraph of the 4th line, inadvertently the word "arrear pension" has been typed instead of the word "Gratuity and Contributory Provident Fund". Therefore, the order dated 28th January, 2020 be corrected by deleting the word "arrear pension" and by inserting the word ""Gratuity and Contributory Provident Fund". The other portions of the order dated 28th January, 2020 shall remain the same.

The application being C.A.N. 1 of 2020 is, thus, disposed of.
