Mr. Animesh Paul Ms. Krity Keshri ... for the petitioners This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of an applicant under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in Title Suit No. 124 of 2013 praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Howrah to dispose of such application expeditiously. From the ordersheets appended to this application this Court finds that the said application was filed only on 14th May, 2025 and the learned trial judge by an order dated 14th May, 2025 fixed 29th August, 2025 for hearing of such application.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any directions for expeditious hearing of application for addition of party.

Accordingy, C.O. 2710 of 2025 stands disposed of . There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
