The matter has come up in the list for correction of the order dated 15th November, 2019 passed by us on FMA 1106 of 2008.

It appears that at page 4 of the said order dated 15th November, 2019, in the penultimate line, the date has been mentioned as 17th January, 2018 instead of 17th January, 2008. The said order dated 17th January, 2018 shall be read as 17th January, 2008.

This order shall be treated as a part of the order dated 15th November, 2019.

Accordingly, the application being CAN 2 of 2022 stands disposed of.
