The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings being Case No.1825-C/09 as also the Case No.MP 395 C/2012 and the proceedings relating to Manickchak Police Station Case No.37 of 2012.

Records of the present revisional application reflect that the revisional application has never been admitted and none presented the revisional application for consideration of this Court since the year 2012.

Having regard to the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 2383 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
