The learned advocate for the respondents as well as appellant submit that the order and direction issued by this Court is fully complied with. In this regard, the learned advocate for the respondent has produced compliance report of the Certificate Officer, from which it is seen that the entire matter has been settled and the draft has been handed over.

In the light of the same, there is nothing more to be adjudicated in this appeal. However, the question of law, which was raised by the appellant in this appeal as regards as to whether the provisions of the Bengal Public Demand Recovery Act would apply to such proceeding is left open.
