1. The petitioner filed the instant writ petition with the allegation that despite having permission from the panchayat authority, the police is not permitting the petitioner to raise the construction of the mobile tower.

2. Learned advocate representing the State respondents specifically denies the allegation of the petitioner. It has been submitted that the police does not have any objection if the mobile tower is set up in accordance with the permission granted to the petitioner.

3. As the petitioner has already been granted permission for erection of the mobile tower, it will be open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with the said permission.

4. The police is directed to render all necessary help and assistance to the petitioner at the time of erection of the mobile tower.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
