Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered materials on record. Materials on record show narcotics was transported inside a motorcycle. Complicity of the petitioner has transpired in the course of investigation. In view of the surreptitious measure in which transportation of narcotics was conducted, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
