Earlier report was submitted by the State which reflects that in respect of the information furnished by the petitioner police authorities have registered Sankrail Police Station case no. 711/2023. Subsequently, on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the said case Presently the petitioner submits that she is unable to enter her residence, although the property has been gifted to her. Petitioner would approach the Civil Court or the appropriate Court of law for either residential right or for possession in respect of the property.

In case directions are passed upon the police authorities by the concerned Court in that case police authorities would respect, obey and implement the order. With the aforesaid observations WPA 18095 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
