Department is directed to incorporate the correction.

It is common ground that the balance sale consideration of Rs. 3,03,27,952/- has been deposited by the petitioners with the One Man Special Committee and received by it. We have no manner of doubt that in terms of our order dated 12th September, 2022 the

Committee shall invest the said sum in a term deposit with the State Bank of India or its existing banker. We request the One Man Special Committee to execute an appropriate sale certificate in favour of the petitioners for sale of the subject property by 30th September, 2022. Steps will also be taken so that an appropriate conveyance is executed and registered in favour of the petitioners by 31st October, 2022. The writ application (WPA 17653 of 2022) is disposed of.
