Khan Mr. Ashok Das ... for the State Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits there is a love affair between the parties.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits date has been fixed for examination of the victim. We have considered the materials on record. Date has been fixed for examination of the victim. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to consider the bail prayer of the petitioner prior to deposition of the victim. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Petitioner is at liberty to renew his bail prayer after examination of the victim.
