1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner, who is the mother-in-law of the deceased has been specifically named by the deceased in her dying declaration as the person who had poured kerosene on her and her husband set her ablaze by a burning matchstick.
3. In view of the seriousness of the offence, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the petitioner.
4. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
