1) By filing this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for direction upon the concerned police authorities in view of dispute cropped up between the petitioner and respondent no. 4 in connection with partnership agreement. In effect, prayer is made in this writ petition directing the concerned police authority to take steps which would ensure right of the petitioner over the property in question.

2) Learned advocate for respondent no. 4 has opposed this writ petition as arbitration proceeding is pending before the learned Arbitrator and respondent no. 4 being claimant therein has obtained an order of status quo on 16th August, 2025. It is submitted that arbitration proceeding is still continuing before the learned Arbitrator. Copy of said order dated 16th

August, 2025 passed by the learned Arbitrator is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

3) In view of subsistence of arbitration proceeding before the learned Arbitrator, Court finds it not apt to interfere with the present writ petition directing the concerned police authority to take steps.

4) Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

5) However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law by approaching the learned Arbitrator.

6) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
