Learned advocate appearing in support of the application being CPAN 923 of 2019 seeks leave to withdraw such petition with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

There is another application being CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No. 12293 of 2019) in which, the applicant seeks to be added as a party in the contempt petition.

Since the contempt petitioner is withdrawing the

contempt petition, the question of considering whether or not to add any person thereto does not arise.

CAN 923 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. The right of the applicant in CAN 1 of 2019 is kept open.
