Learned counsel for the petitioner alleges that the private respondents have made some illegal construction on public land.
The allegations are denied by the learned counsel for the private respondents.
Learned counsel for the State submits that a representation dated 03.06.2024 is pending consideration. The same can be considered in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tamluk to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2024 in accordance with law and upon hearing the interested
parties as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. As affidavits were not called for, allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
