The petitioner participated in the selection process of 2016 for the Post of Assistant Teacher (Urdu) in O.B.C. - A Category and he scored 81 marks.
It appears from the affidavit of the commission that the cut off marks for the said post was 82, as such the prayer of the petitioner that he should be allowed to participate in the personality test, cannot be entertained.
W.P.A. 17661 of 2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
