The affidavit-of-service as filed by the learned Advocate for the writ petitioners be taken on record. 2.

By filing the instant writ petition the writ petitioners complains that despite completion of work order dated 13.12.2021 the bill as raised by the writ petitioners has not been disbursed by the respondent nos. 1 to 4/authorities. It is further submitted that on 18.04.2024 a representation was submitted with the respondent authorities but they did nothing. It is further submitted that immediately after completion of the work the respondent authorities have issued a completion certificate on 15.09.2023.

On perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court and after careful consideration of the entire materials as placed before this Court and after hearing the learned Advocates for the contending parties this Court considers that justice would be sub-served if the respondent no.

is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioners as submitted on

18.04.2024 after giving the writ petitioners an opportunity of hearing and to pass a reasoned order thereafter. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the writ petitioners soon thereafter.

The respondent authorities shall communicate its decision to the writ petitioners preferably by email if the email details of the writ petitioners are submitted to the respondent authorities at the time of hearing as otherwise such communication is to be made by the speed post. 5.

In the event the respondent no. 2 passed a favourable reasoned order in favour of the writ petitioners he shall take appropriate steps for disbursement of the dues of the writ petitioners forthwith.

Before parting with, it is thus directed that the entire exercise that is consideration of the representation dated 18.04.2024 after hearing the writ petitioners, passing of the reasoned and communication thereof to the writ petitioners shall have to be done positively within the last day of December, 2024.

With the aforementioned observations, the instant writ petition being WPA 18075 of 2024 is hereby disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
