The petitioner is in custody for 138 days and prays for bail. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner was granted interim bail on 17th February, 2025 subject to certain conditions. The petitioner violated two of the said conditions for which his bail was cancelled by an order passed on 8th April, 2025. This Court is informed that the trial is at the argument stage and is likely to be concluded within a short period of time.

Considering the earlier conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of bail to him at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application for bail is disposed of.
