1. The learned advocate for the appellants has attempted to make submissions regarding the correctness of the order passed in the writ proceeding in W.P.A.19688 of 2024. The writ proceeding was disposed of by an order dated 27.01.2025 by the learned Single Judge which has not been assailed in the present appeal.

The present appeal is confined to a challenge to an order dated 11.04.2025 passed in a review application bearing number RVW 70 of 2025 for making certain correction of typographical errors.

2. Being faced with such circumstance, the learned advocate for the appellant submits that an opportunity be granted to the appellant for assailing the substantial order passed in the writ proceeding dated 27.01.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has also appeared and raised objection regarding the maintainability of the appeal since no challenge has been thrown to the substantial order passed in the writ proceeding.

4. Considering the rival submissions, we dispose of the present appeal with liberty to the appellant as, prayed for, in accordance with law. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits and all issues are left open to be considered.

5. Accordingly, all connected applications are also disposed of.
