Mr. Galib, learned advocate appearing for the Board submits that in view of the finality of the order being reached on 4th August, 2022, in the referred Eviction Case, the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

On the prayer of the petitioner, the revisional application stands dismissed as not pressed, with liberty to file fresh application challenging the order of the eviction ultimately passed on 4th August, 2022, in Eviction Case No.2 of 2022 of Waqf Tribunal, West Bengal.

The certified copies of the documents furnished in this case may be returned to the learned advocate-onrecord forthwith so that the fresh revisional application may be filed.
