This is an application for restoration of a writ petition, which was dismissed for default on March 7, 2025 and the restoration application was taken out on March 11, 2025.

Sufficient cause being shown the order of dismissal dated March 7, 2025 stands recalled. The writ petition stands restored to its original file with number.

Accordingly, IA No. CAN 1 of 2025 stands allowed, without any order as to costs.
