Learned advocate for the petitioners wants to withdraw this writ application to file it afresh challenging the notice of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education No. L/PR/75/2021 dated 28.07.2021. The said notification has been produced by the learned advocate for the State and this was not challenged before.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that he or his clients did not know about the notification that is why he could not challenge it.

However, the petitioners are granted liberty to file the writ application afresh challenging the said notification stated above.

The writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
