The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondent has filled up the land and grabbed his property forcefully and illegally.

The petitioner apprehended breach of peace and lodged a complaint with the Chandipur Police Station.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent is purely civil in nature. Appropriate civil proceedings may be taken out. Chandipur Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
