Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner he is in custody for about one year and ten months. She submits her bail prayer was rejected on 08.02.2021 and thereafter the minor victim had been examined.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in April, 2022.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in April, 2022. There is no substantial change in circumstances since then. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
