Learned Government Advocate has placed before us a report dated 12.01.2021 made by Inspector of Police, CID, West Bengal.

The report is taken on record.

The victim still goes un-recovered. A police report in the form of FRT has already been submitted for want of insufficient materials being collected, though accused has been arrested.

With the submission of the FRT, we direct closure of this writ petition leaving other issues to be adjudicated before the competent Criminal Court having jurisdictions in the matter.

The writ petition stands disposed of along with the connected application.
