Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. It is submitted his mother had expired on 22.07.2022.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in June, 2022 by this Court on merits. In view of the aforesaid circumstance, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
