The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents are illegally trying to grab his property while interfering with construction thereat.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature. Appropriate civil proceedings may be taken out.

Patharpratima Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
