Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the seizure list, the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the independent witness and submits that the petitioner was absconding.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offences and the complicity of the petitioner therein and considering the seizure made, we are unable to grant

anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 7534 of 2021, is rejected.
