Mr. Ekramul Bari with Sk. Imtiajuddin, learned advocates representing the writ petitioner submit that, writ petition was related to appointment of a headmaster in or about 2007. It is further submitted that, the writ petitioner has already retired from his service, hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the present writ petition being W.P.A. 15648 of 2007 stands dismissed as infructuous, no order as to costs.
